The tension between the Årjäng and the Möklinta RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Henry Andersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arvid Palmkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvid Palmkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Möklinta RK's Arvid Palmkvist got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes, Årjäng's Tage Lindgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lars Hallgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Årjäng reached it. After 15 played minutes Möklinta RK got a freekick which was hit by Sören Pihlwall. Lars Hallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Termander in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Termander in the 19th minute of play forced Möklinta RK's goalkeeper Lars Hallgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Elliot Söderberg came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Möklinta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliot Söderberg couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliot Söderberg in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Berglund saved Årjäng from getting behind. Alf Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Söderberg in the 30th minute of play. Lars Hallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Termander in the 35th minute of the match. Elliot Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alf Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Möklinta RK's Sören Pihlwall quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ingvar Bengtsson, made in the 43rd minute of the game. Elliot Söderberg struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Alf Berglund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Möklinta RK. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Möklinta RK's Rune Valrot got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elliot Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Tobias Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Henry Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Sören Pihlwall notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Årjäng's Alf Berglund. Alf Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 76 minutes, Sören Pihlwall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Möklinta RK and the Årjäng players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Möklinta RK got a freekick which was hit by Sören Pihlwall. Anton Sjöman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ingvar Ekerot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Lars Hallgren made a huge save. Sören Pihlwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Berglund having to interfere. When Elliot Söderberg came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Möklinta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliot Söderberg couldn't finish the play. Möklinta RK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
