Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cyberdyne United's Thor Benett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Dahlqvist in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christer Vestberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Cyberdyne United booed when ÖstersIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Alström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulrik Arenstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Finman in the 10th minute of the match. Ulrik Arenstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Cyberdyne United's Thor Benett in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ÖstersIF's goalie prevented a goal. With 23 minutes on the clock, Christian Valrot commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, one of Cyberdyne United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cyberdyne United. Cyberdyne United:s Ulrik Arenstedt showed great skill when he stopped Wictor Vennerlund:s penalty. The throw-in from Rune Sandberg in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cyberdyne United's Börge Dalström. When Thor Benett came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Cyberdyne United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Benett couldn't finish the play. After 32 minutes, Thor Benett made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ÖstersIF's Christer Vestberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Christer Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Benett in the 37th minute of the match. After some careless play in the ÖstersIF defense, Thor Benett kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christer Vestberg. The ÖstersIF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christer Vestberg should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Börge Dalström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cyberdyne United's supporters rose to their feet, but Börge Dalström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Vestberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thor Benett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Vestberg having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Finman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michael Alström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulrik Arenstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Finman in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Egil Berg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, ÖstersIF's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Bivall came free, but Christer Vestberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thor Benett took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Vestberg. Christer Vestberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 65th minute, Rickard Bruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute of the match ÖstersIF got a corner. Cyberdyne United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wictor Vennerlund ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulrik Arenstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Dahlberg in the 71st minute of the match. After 75 minutes, Mark Dahlqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cyberdyne United and the ÖstersIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ÖstersIF booed when Cyberdyne United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Dahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michael Alström struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ulrik Arenstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÖstersIF. Adam Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrik Arenstedt having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match, Thor Benett tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christer Vestberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thor Benett received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christer Vestberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Thor Benett slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 88th minute. Thor Benett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Vestberg having to interfere. Mark Dahlqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Christer Vestberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
