Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Harry Kjellbom got the match started through his kick off. Kent Asserlindh received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ingmar Holmgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Asserlindh slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. The audience was convinced that Harry Kjellbom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Staffan Ekström was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Harry Kjellbom struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Staffan Ekström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ockelbo IF. After 12 minutes of play, Ockelbo IF's Harry Kjellbom made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Staffan Ekström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Billy Lundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Holmgren having to interfere. Löberöd's Staffan Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Kjellbom in the 19th minute of play. Staffan Ekström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Kjellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kent Asserlindh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ingmar Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Kjellbom in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Staffan Ekström saved Löberöd from getting behind. Frans Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Harry Kjellbom took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Staffan Ekström. Staffan Ekström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 38 minutes into the game, Ola Sjögren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ockelbo IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Löberöd the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ockelbo IF's Ola Sjögren got a free kick in the 39th minute. Billy Lundin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ingmar Holmgren made a huge save. Adam Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Ekström having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kent Asserlindh made a kick off. Olof Wallengren hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Billy Lundin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adam Ström might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Staffan Ekström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adam Ström ran back to his position shaking his head. Ingmar Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Lundin in the 64th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Ockelbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Lundin came free, but Ingmar Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Löberöd's Staffan Ekström got control of the ball when Adam Ström tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Harry Kjellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th match minute, Löberöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Månsson to maneuver through the defense. Harry Kjellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Ekström having to interfere. If Harry Kjellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Kjellbom in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Staffan Ekström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ockelbo IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
