Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Josef Stål started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Asklanda FK! Marko Bremming went to the wrong direction when Emil Lundgren was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Joakim Hedvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Marko Bremming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Joakim Hedvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Bremming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Lundgren made a great header on Älmestad BK's corner, it was just that Asklanda FK's Marko Bremming managed to reach the ball for a save. Charles Willig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Wallman in the 26th minute of play. Evert Hellqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Marko Bremming when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Asklanda FK's Marko Bremming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Hedvall in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Jens-Åke Markusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Asklanda FK's goalkeeper Marko Bremming had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Hellqvist. Evert Hellqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Marko Bremming made a huge save. After having played for 40 minutes, Joakim Hedvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Älmestad BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joakim Hedvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Evert Hellqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älmestad BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Hellqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Bremming breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joakim Hedvall made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Evert Hellqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joakim Hedvall blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marko Bremming having to make a save. Marko Bremming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Hedvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Joakim Hedvall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Asklanda FK's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Hellqvist came free, but Marko Bremming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Bremming showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Hellqvist in the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Joakim Hedvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älmestad BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joakim Hedvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Bremming breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Evert Hellqvist came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Älmestad BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Hellqvist couldn't finish the play. Ronny Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes, Asklanda FK's Alvar Holmstedt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charles Willig came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Asklanda FK reached it. If Robin Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Asklanda FK! In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Älmestad BK. Emil Lundgren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marko Bremming. 1-0. 89 minutes into the match, Älmestad BK's Joakim Hedvall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marko Bremming narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evert Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Asklanda FK's Jens-Åke Markusson got a free kick in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Joakim Hedvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älmestad BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joakim Hedvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Bremming breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joakim Hedvall struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Marko Bremming didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älmestad BK. Marko Bremming didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evert Hellqvist went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Älmestad BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
