With a little luck, Lofsdalen's Jon Odin got control of the ball when Rutger Modig tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Stenkvist in the 21st minute of play forced Lofsdalen's goalkeeper Jon Odin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pål Blanck made a kick off. If Andreas Stenkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Jon Odin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rutger Modig in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Käringön's goalkeeper Erland Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute, John Rosendahl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Käringön's Erland Jansson didn't even have to move. After 93 minutes, Krister Bolander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Käringön and the Lofsdalen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Käringön got a freekick which was hit by Krister Bolander. In a very dangerous position, a player in Käringön fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lofsdalen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
