Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melker Linberg started the match with the kick off. Melker Linberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Larsson having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, Championer & Meloner's goal looked a bit too open when Melker Linberg came free, but Emil Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Jan Rosin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper Emil Larsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Börge Månsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Blomqvist having to interfere. Jan Rosin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Joakim Forssberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 minutes of play, Ljungby IFK's Jan Rosin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Larsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Rosin in the 37th minute of play forced Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper Emil Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Rosin scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Larsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Rosin kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

If Börge Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Ljungby IFK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Fredrik Hansson hit a great ball. Christian Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Alefors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ljungby IFK's Jan Rosin got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Esbjörn Olsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Championer & Meloner's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ljungby IFK the free kick. The supporters of Ljungby IFK booed when Championer & Meloner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esbjörn Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Hjortsberg missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 76 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Emil Larsson right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Championer & Meloner's zone, Jan Rosin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Larsson came out of the goal and Jan Rosin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Melker Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ljungby IFK booed when Championer & Meloner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Grönlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jan Rosin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 87 minutes into the game, Lucas Hjortsberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emil Larsson. Lucas Hjortsberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After having played for 94 minutes, Melker Linberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungby IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Linberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ljungby IFK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
