Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Börge Forsell got the match started through his kick off. Georg Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Hedkvist having to interfere. If Börge Forsell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Stolpe during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erik Stolpe hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Pershyttan United FC's Erik Stolpe got his second yellow card of the match in the 9th minute. The referee ordered Erik Stolpe off the ground. Erik Stolpe kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Börge Forsell got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börge Forsell in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Hedkvist saved Pershyttan United FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Börge Forsell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harry Hedkvist. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börge Forsell in the 23rd minute of play forced Pershyttan United FC's goalkeeper Harry Hedkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Edmund Sundén in the 28th minute really tested Harry Hedkvist's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Börge Forsell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Georg Benet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Harry Hedkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Georg Benet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Harry Hedkvist made a huge save. Bo Åkerman's late challenge caught a Vänersborg IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Åkerman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pershyttan United FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bo Åkerman hit a great ball. Lars Kilstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Georg Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Harry Hedkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Sundling might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Wennerqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Sundling ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Sundling was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börge Forsell in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Hedkvist saved Pershyttan United FC from getting behind. Pershyttan United FC's Harry Hedkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Forsell in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Pershyttan United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Forsell came free, but Harry Hedkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Georg Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Hedkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Börge Forsell made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pershyttan United FC's Harry Hedkvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Harry Hedkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börge Forsell, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Georg Benet scored 4-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry Hedkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pershyttan United FC's goalkeeper Harry Hedkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pershyttan United FC's Harry Hedkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Forsell in the 89th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Benet in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Hedkvist saved Pershyttan United FC from getting behind. Harry Hedkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Forsell in the 95th minute of play. Georg Benet might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Hedkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georg Benet ran back to his position shaking his head.
