Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lars-Erik Jönsätt started the match with the kick off. Benjamin Friberger hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, Leif Browald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dennis Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Gråbo's Benjamin Friberger got a free kick in the 12th minute. Åke Andersson's late challenge caught a Dala-Husby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Andersson helped the player get up and apologised. Åke Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Gråbo's Dennis Brandin got control of the ball when Leif Browald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reine Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gråbo's Edvard Bammerman suffered a concussion after 22 minutes and had to leave the field. 22 minutes into the game, Tord Nordal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dala-Husby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gråbo the free kick. In the 39th minute, Tord Nordal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Leif Browald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reine Forss made a kick off. Ingvar Kellbom made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Reine Forss sent off a good shot on target. Leif Browald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dennis Brandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lars-Erik Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Söderkvist hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gråbo's zone, Leif Browald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Brandin came out of the goal and Leif Browald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gråbo's Dennis Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Jönsätt in the 58th minute of play. Leif Browald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Brandin having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Gråbo's goal looked a bit too open when Leif Browald came free, but Dennis Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Browald in the 64th minute of play forced Gråbo's goalkeeper Dennis Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars-Erik Jönsätt in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Brandin saved Gråbo from getting behind. Leif Browald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gråbo's Dennis Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Browald in the 71st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reine Forss during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dennis Brandin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars-Erik Jönsätt's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After 78 played minutes Gråbo got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Friberger. Dennis Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Browald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leif Browald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Dala-Husby players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
