Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Garphyttan's Gunnar Borre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Ivan Olsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garphyttan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tobias Levander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Melberg in the 10th minute of play. Rickard Delin struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Tobias Levander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glorius Bastards. Sören Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Olsson in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Boris Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glorius Bastards's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Hylander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Levander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garphyttan's Tobias Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Delin in the 17th minute of play. Tobias Levander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Melberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Ulf Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boris Hylander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Levander having to interfere. Boris Hylander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Viggo Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Garphyttan's zone, Boris Hylander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Levander came out of the goal and Boris Hylander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tobias Levander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Bengtsson's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Glorius Bastards's Nils-Erik Rudberg got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Boris Hylander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Levander was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Ivan Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Garphyttan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Olsson couldn't finish the play. If Karl-Åke Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rickard Delin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Glorius Bastards's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kasper Skoog in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Waller came free, but Tobias Levander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Åke Gregersson got free with Sören Drake in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sören Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Borre in the 58th minute of the match. Sören Drake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils-Åke Gregersson in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Gunnar Borre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Borre in the 64th minute of play forced Glorius Bastards's goalkeeper Sören Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Olsson got free with Sören Drake in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Glorius Bastards's Rickard Delin got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andreas Melberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tobias Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Rickard Delin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Garphyttan's Tobias Levander. Tobias Levander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rickard Delin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tobias Levander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Melberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Garphyttan booed when Glorius Bastards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasper Skoog didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th match minute, Garphyttan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Västerstrand to maneuver through the defense. Andreas Melberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
