Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Göran Sundberg kicked off to start the match. If Mikael Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ervalla getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Hampus Aleberg hit a great ball. Ervalla's Matthias Kvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Björklund in the 6th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Henric Hegg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stensele's Tomas Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Hedström in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stensele's Gustaf Skoog got a free kick in the 16th minute. Mikael Björklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustaf Skoog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Kvist having to interfere. Pelle Strömberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Stensele's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Sundberg came free, but Tomas Malmström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Leif Hedström notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Stensele's Tomas Malmström. Tomas Malmström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stensele's Tomas Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Hedström in the 29th minute of play. Tomas Malmström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Hedström, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Andy Lundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 39thth minute of the game Göran Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stensele's Tomas Malmström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Kevin Vester fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ervalla's protests and gave Kevin Vester a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Ervalla got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Vester. After recieving a nice pass, Stensele's Wilhelm Lundblad tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Mats Blomberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Mikael Björklund made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Stensele's goalkeeper Tomas Malmström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leif Hedström. In the 58th minute, Henric Hegg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ervalla's Leif Hedström got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ervalla's Matthias Kvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Skoog in the 74th minute of play. Gustaf Skoog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Matthias Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Göran Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The nice shot from Leif Hedström in the 86thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Tomas Malmström had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Matthias Kvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Björklund in the 88th minute of the match. Stensele's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Göran Sundberg scored to the left of an out of position Tomas Malmström, making the score, 1-2. If Leif Hedström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ervalla supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ervalla would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
