Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) IFK Orust's Michel Smitt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Smitt in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Finman saved Skillingsfors RK from getting behind. The supporters of IFK Orust booed when Skillingsfors RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Åke Askstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, IFK Orust's Göran Löfgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boris Finman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, IFK Orust's Alfons Lekberg got control of the ball when Kim Lekberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfons Lekberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Groth in the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Göran Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Orust's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göran Löfgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Skillingsfors RK's Ian Groth ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfons Lekberg. Alfons Lekberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 29th minute Göran Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Finman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of IFK Orust booed when Skillingsfors RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Stål didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Michel Smitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Orust's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Smitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Skillingsfors RK's Boris Finman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Smitt in the 45th minute of play. Boris Finman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göran Löfgren in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Groth to strike the kick off in the second half. Boris Finman came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Orust's Michel Smitt. But to his dismay, Michel Smitt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Boris Finman made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Göran Löfgren sent off a good shot on target. Ian Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Lekberg having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Erland Kämpe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Orust's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skillingsfors RK the free kick. Boris Finman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Smitt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Skillingsfors RK got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Askstedt. IFK Orust's Einar Hansson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Skillingsfors RK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göran Löfgren got free with Boris Finman in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skillingsfors RK had won after a very even match.
