Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dick Nordin took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Dan Häll fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nitta FC's protests and gave Dan Häll a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Nitta FC got a freekick which was hit by Dan Häll. Fredriksberg's Karl-Michael Strandberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nitta FC. Georg Christoffersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Lindmark in the 9th minute of play. Roger Lindmark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Christoffersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. If Dag Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredriksberg's Tim Törnkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Nordin in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match Dennis Magnusson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Christoffersson skillfully saved the ball. In the 28th minute Roger Lindmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Christoffersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Nitta FC's zone, Roger Lindmark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Christoffersson came out of the goal and Roger Lindmark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sven-Olof Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Lindmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Christoffersson having to interfere. The supporters of Fredriksberg booed when Nitta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Häll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Christoffersson having to interfere. Roger Lindmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Christoffersson having to interfere. Ingvar Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Löfgren was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Löfgren in the 51st minute of play forced Nitta FC's goalkeeper Georg Christoffersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Georg Christoffersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Lindmarks short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Georg Christoffersson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Georg Christoffersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. A hard shot 62 in the game by Ingvar Löfgren from a close distance when the talented Georg Christoffersson managed to make a qualified save. Nitta FC's players were relieved. In the 66th minute, Mark Vestlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nitta FC's Georg Christoffersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Nitta FC from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute Dan Häll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Törnkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurt Näver hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Georg Christoffersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Lindmark went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Nitta FC's Dag Forsberg in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fredriksberg's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute, Sven-Olof Hedlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Lindmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Christoffersson having to interfere. Roger Lindmark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Christoffersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When Roger Lindmark came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Fredriksberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Lindmark couldn't finish the play. Fredriksberg's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
