Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tage Hägg made the kick off which started today's match. If Bengt Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Björnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Björkdahl having to interfere. Olov Alfors hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Lars Strand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Nordstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Hägg in the 20th minute of play forced Kalmar FC's goalkeeper Kristoffer Björkdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Långaryd's goalkeeper Lars Strand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Långaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Hegg came free, but Lars Strand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kalmar FC booed when Långaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristoffer Björkdahl made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Bengt Björnberg sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, Bengt Björnberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristoffer Björkdahl. Kalmar FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt Björnberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 41 minutes into the match, Kalmar FC's goalkeeper Kristoffer Björkdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Björnberg. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalmar FC's goalkeeper Kristoffer Björkdahl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lars Strand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Nordstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Robin Nordström kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. If Henry Nordstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Hegg made a kick off. Bengt Björnberg took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristoffer Björkdahl. Kristoffer Björkdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Långaryd's Tage Hägg got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henry Nordstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lars Strand having to make a save. After 68 minutes of play Långaryd's Robin Nordström was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 68th match minute, Långaryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Nordström to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Hegg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Strand having to interfere. If Bengt Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kristoffer Björkdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Nordstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 played minutes Kalmar FC got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Hegg. Långaryd were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kalmar FC for a fine match.
