Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Marc Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Kilström, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Bertil Kilström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marc Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Kvarnholmen's Marc Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Kilström in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Falkenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Rang to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, FC Kvarnholmen's Linus Lundkvist tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Falkenberg's Bertil Kilström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Samuelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens Bank stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Björk's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When Bertil Kilström fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falkenberg's protests and gave Bertil Kilström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Falkenberg booed when FC Kvarnholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Rönn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Henrik Björk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Olov Joensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 52 minutes, Henrik Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Kvarnholmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrik Björk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Kvarnholmen's Bertil Rönn got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Linus Lundkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Bertil Kilström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Herman Eklund fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kvarnholmen's protests and gave Herman Eklund a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes FC Kvarnholmen got a freekick which was hit by Herman Eklund. 73 minutes into the match, FC Kvarnholmen's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Nyström came free, but Marc Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Kvarnholmen getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Herman Eklund hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Vallman in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc Samuelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bertil Kilström came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Falkenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Kilström couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FC Kvarnholmen getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Bertil Rönn hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC Kvarnholmen defense, Leonard Vallman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marc Samuelsson. The FC Kvarnholmen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marc Samuelsson should have stopped the shot. Henrik Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Falkenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Joensson came free, but Jens Bank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falkenberg's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
