Roy Strömberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Malte Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Popcornspojkarna's zone, Malte Sillén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Rosendahl came out of the goal and Malte Sillén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Rosendahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Sillén, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to Popcornspojkarna getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Hugo Danielsson hit a great ball. Ragnar Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Rosendahl having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Popcornspojkarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Spets to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute of the match Jens-Åke Jespersson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Rosendahl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rolf Wennersten hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Malte Sillén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kim Stabbe charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kim Stabbe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, one of Popcornspojkarna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Popcornspojkarna. Jonathan Rosendahl went to the wrong direction when Jens-Åke Jespersson was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Malte Sillén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Rosendahl having to interfere. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ragnar Svensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Popcornspojkarna's Jonathan Rosendahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manfred Hellström during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragnar Svensson in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Rosendahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
