Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ted Wickander started the match with the kick off. Alvin Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Helander in the 4th minute of play. Bertil Helander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvin Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. If Bertil Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rosenfors's Ted Wickander in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vollsjö's goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Benjamin Törnblom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vollsjö's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosenfors the free kick. 14 minutes into the game, one of Vollsjö:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Michael Ros had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Peter Söderström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Adam Malmström's late challenge caught a Rosenfors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adam Malmström helped the player get up and apologised. 22 minutes into the game, one of Vollsjö:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Bertil Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Bertil Helander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvin Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvin Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Jespersson , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Rosenfors's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Helander came free, but Alvin Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Vollsjö's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Wickander came free, but Michael Ros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bertil Helander was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Bertil Helander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alvin Jansson. That made the score 2-1 in the 51 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Olof Jespersson got free with Alvin Jansson in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st match minute, Rosenfors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Rosén to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosenfors's goalkeeper Alvin Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Per-Olof Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vollsjö's Bertil Helander got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Per-Olof Jespersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vollsjö's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Olof Jespersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvin Jansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michael Ros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Wickander in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Rosenfors defense, Per-Olof Jespersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvin Jansson. The Rosenfors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvin Jansson should have stopped the shot. Alvin Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Helander, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Vollsjö's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
