After having played for 3 minutes, Otto Karlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Axelsson in the 4th minute of play forced Frassekungar's goalkeeper Christoffer Abelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MONACO UNITED's Knut Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christoffer Abelsson came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by MONACO UNITED's Frank Josefsson. But to his dismay, Frank Josefsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Christoffer Abelsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Knut Axelsson's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Otto Karlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Frassekungar's zone, Knut Axelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffer Abelsson came out of the goal and Knut Axelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Anton Collin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When MONACO UNITED's Knut Axelsson in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frassekungar's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of MONACO UNITED booed when Frassekungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Hafström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Knut Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 26 played minutes Frassekungar got a freekick which was hit by Johan Hasselqvist. The crowd rose to their feet as Frassekungar's Stellan Öberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torbjörn Nyström. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Knut Axelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christoffer Abelsson was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After having played for 42 minutes, Otto Karlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
