Sven-Edvin Söderkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Edvin Söderkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FALKARNA booed when Rabbalshede RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Söderkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vidar Vestlund made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Börje Felin sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Edvin Söderkvist was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Sven-Edvin Söderkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Herman Stenström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Wahlström in the 24th minute of play. When Elof Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FALKARNA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elof Bergman couldn't finish the play. Bengt Paulin struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Elof Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot. FALKARNA's supporters rose to their feet, but Elof Bergman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herman Stenström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Wahlström scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herman Stenström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bengt Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Herman Stenström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

That made the score 0-3 in the 64 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, FALKARNA's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Felin came free, but Vidar Vestlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börje Felin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Larsfelt's late challenge caught a Rabbalshede RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Larsfelt helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes FALKARNA got a freekick which was hit by Emil Larsfelt. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rabbalshede RK's goalkeeper Herman Stenström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 78 minutes, Bengt Paulin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FALKARNA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt Paulin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bengt Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Herman Stenström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herman Stenström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Paulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The referee ignored FALKARNA's protests and gave Seyfettin Bakkalbaşıoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Rabbalshede RK's Vilhelm Mellberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FALKARNA. Vilhelm Mellberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vidar Vestlund. FALKARNA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
