Ove Nordkvist started the match with the kick off. Mats Frykberg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ove Nordkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Berg having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Duvbo FC's Jan-Åke Trillkott sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egon Gudmundsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Kållekärr BK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Dick Rolandsson hit a great ball. Stig Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristoffer Olofsson got free with Stig Berg in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Åke Trillkott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Gudmundsson having to interfere. Egon Gudmundsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kåre Waller went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Kåre Waller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Ove Nordkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Kållekärr BK's Egon Gudmundsson got control of the ball when Jan-Åke Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jan-Åke Trillkott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Gudmundsson having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Duvbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Kåre Waller. Ove Nordkvist took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig Berg. Stig Berg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 73rd minute, Jan-Åke Trillkott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristoffer Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kållekärr BK's zone, Jan-Åke Trillkott stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Gudmundsson came out of the goal and Jan-Åke Trillkott tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute Dick Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Nordkvist scored 3-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig Berg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
