Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Boris Johnsson started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, Dag Eliasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garnäs BK and the Asmundtorp BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes Garnäs BK got a freekick which was hit by Dag Eliasson. When Boris Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Asmundtorp BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Johnsson couldn't finish the play. If Boris Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Asmundtorp BK's zone, Mikael Svensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leif Mellberg came out of the goal and Mikael Svensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Asmundtorp BK's goalkeeper Leif Mellberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melker Wållander. Åke Möllgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Leif Mellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Boris Johnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Skålberg was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Boris Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Skålberg having to interfere. George Telin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Mellberg having to interfere. Jonas Boman kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Folke Hedbom hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Michel Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Skålberg having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Åke Möllgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Garnäs BK were awarded a corner. Ivar Arenius went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ivar Arenius almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Asmundtorp BK's Leif Mellberg did a great save. After 56 played minutes Asmundtorp BK got a freekick which was hit by Michel Persson. In the 59th minute of the match Garnäs BK got a corner. Asmundtorp BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivar Arenius ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ivar Arenius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leif Mellberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leif Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Wållander in the 62nd minute of the match. Michel Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kent Skålberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Åke Möllgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Boris Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Melker Wållander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melker Wållander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Mellberg having to interfere. Edgar Dahlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Dahlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Edgar Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Garnäs BK's Melker Wållander in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asmundtorp BK's goalie prevented a goal. Åke Möllgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Mellberg having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Boris Johnsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Kent Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Garnäs BK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Svante Strand hit a great ball. Asmundtorp BK's Bernt Bolin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kent Skålberg but with some difficulty. Kent Skålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Johnsson in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garnäs BK's goalkeeper Kent Skålberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
