Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Simon Andersson made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Åmål's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Andersson came free, but Birger Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Urban Lövkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pär Blomqvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Kent Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åmål's Birger Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Frisck in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Åmål's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Andersson came free, but Birger Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Bengt-Arne Åman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marc Giliusson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Simon Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes Ola Backman rounded Vikbolandet's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. A collision led to Åmål getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Dennis Löfgren hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Backman to make the kick off. Marc Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Åman in the 52nd minute of the match. Simon Andersson scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Brandin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Birger Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Kent Frisck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Arne Åman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Vikbolandet got a freekick which was hit by Pär Blomqvist. After 74 played minutes, Åmål's Pär Stenquist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marc Giliusson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Åmål reached it. Kent Frisck who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Birger Brandin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, Vikbolandet's Simon Andersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birger Brandin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kent Frisck in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Birger Brandin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, Vikbolandet's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Blomquist came free, but Marc Giliusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Bengt-Arne Åman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åmål's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Arne Åman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Giliusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
