Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mats Ekblom got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mats Ekblom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Funäsdalen RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Vidar Igelström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Ekblom in the 7th minute of play. CHABBE IF's Karl Ahlström got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Åke Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Gustavsson in the 13th minute of play forced CHABBE IF's goalkeeper Vidar Igelström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Andersson hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes, Funäsdalen RK's Marcus Edström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vidar Igelström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Funäsdalen RK reached it. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 20th minute, but Patrick Asmundsson got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Funäsdalen RK hanging dry this time. Aaron Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Asmundsson having to interfere. Karl Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Asmundsson having to interfere. Vidar Igelström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Åke Gustavsson in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Aaron Bergman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CHABBE IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Funäsdalen RK the free kick. The supporters of Funäsdalen RK booed when CHABBE IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Per-Åke Gustavsson came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Funäsdalen RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Åke Gustavsson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in CHABBE IF's zone, Per-Åke Gustavsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vidar Igelström came out of the goal and Per-Åke Gustavsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Patrick Asmundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Funäsdalen RK's Patrick Asmundsson got control of the ball when Karl-Åke Lindqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Aaron Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Funäsdalen RK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Harry Vennerkvist hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Karl Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Asmundsson having to interfere. Patrick Asmundsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Åke Lindqvist in the 57th minute of play. Vidar Igelström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Ekblom in the 70th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Patrick Asmundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Åke Gustavsson got free with Vidar Igelström in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Bergman hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Aaron Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Adrian Kock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Igelström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Aaron Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Asmundsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a little luck, CHABBE IF's Vidar Igelström got control of the ball when Per-Åke Gustavsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. CHABBE IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Funäsdalen RK for a fine match.
