Paul Edström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Brask in the 18th minute of the match. A hard shot 27 in the game by Malcolm Brask from a close distance when the talented Paul Edström managed to make a qualified save. Älvkarleby's players were relieved. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Malcolm Brask got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 32 minutes into the match, Ted Åkerman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bollnäs's Staffan Albäck. Staffan Albäck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ted Åkerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Åke Fribäck took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Staffan Albäck. Ted Åkerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Staffan Albäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ted Åkerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Albäck having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Åke Fribäck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Staffan Albäck stood somewhat misplaced when Åke Fribäck came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 57 minute. In the 61st minute Åke Fribäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Älvkarleby getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Åke Fribäck hit a great ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Åke Fribäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bollnäs's Staffan Albäck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Älvkarleby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malcolm Brask was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.
