Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jon Odeen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Harry Aspengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Odeen in the 5th minute of play. Mikael Tolsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Aspengren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikael Tolsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Harry Aspengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Odeen in the 7th minute of play. Sven-Erik Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Viklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Mogren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Sven-Erik Svartengren made a huge save. A collision led to Fors BK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rikard Täman hit a great ball. Bengt-Arne Alkvist hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to Långaryd getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Axel Vennerberg hit a great ball. Jörgen Wallin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Peder Nyqvist sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fors BK's Harry Aspengren didn't even have to move. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Billy Hjeltman put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Långaryd:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fors BK:s goal. The goalkeeper, Sven-Erik Svartengren, was totally fooled by Fors BK's Jörgen Wallin, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 47 minutes into the match, Fors BK's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Tolsson came free, but Harry Aspengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Ove Viklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Mikael Tolsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 53 minutes, Axel Vennerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Långaryd and the Fors BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fors BK booed when Långaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Vennerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven-Erik Svartengren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Mogren's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Långaryd's Sven-Erik Svartengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Viklund in the 57th minute of play. When David Mogren came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Fors BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Mogren couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Långaryd booed when Fors BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikard Täman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes Fors BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peder Nyqvist who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Långaryd's zone, David Mogren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Erik Svartengren came out of the goal and David Mogren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Tolsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Harry Aspengren made a huge save. Peder Nyqvist hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, David Mogren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Erik Svartengren was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Tolsson got free with Harry Aspengren in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Axel Vennerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Alebäck took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sven-Erik Svartengren. Långaryd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
