Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Greger Malm started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dan Björkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Beck in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Sävsjö BF's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Molander came free, but Vilhelm Hjortsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henric Ekeberg kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Sävsjö BF's Olof Nordkvist in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fiskebäckskil's goalie prevented a goal. Greger Malm struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Vilhelm Hjortsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fiskebäckskil. Sävsjö BF's Olof Nordkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bo Molander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilhelm Hjortsberg having to make a save. 33 minutes into the game, Bo Molander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vilhelm Hjortsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bo Molander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilhelm Hjortsberg having to make a save. Vilhelm Hjortsberg came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fiskebäckskil's Henric Ekeberg. But to his dismay, Henric Ekeberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Bo Molander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Sävsjö BF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bo Molander fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 57 minutes, Carl Beck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sävsjö BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Beck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Carl Beck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fiskebäckskil's Bernt Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 59th minute. Dan Björkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Beck in the 61st minute of the match. Henric Ekeberg's late challenge caught a Sävsjö BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henric Ekeberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Fiskebäckskil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Ekeberg to maneuver through the defense. Bo Molander scored 0-4 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilhelm Hjortsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bo Molanders short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Vilhelm Hjortsberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Greger Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Hjortsberg having to interfere. Vilhelm Hjortsberg made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Bo Molander sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Greger Malm fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience was convinced that Bo Molander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vilhelm Hjortsberg was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. The supporters of Sävsjö BF booed when Fiskebäckskil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfred Karlstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greger Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Hjortsberg having to interfere. The Sävsjö BF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fiskebäckskil were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
