Holger Bjurström started the match with the kick off. Josef Ambjörnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Marc Pålsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sivert Kämpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Ambjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Pålsson having to interfere. In the 20th minute Josef Ambjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Pålsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Erik Vik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marc Pålsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Bjurström in the 27th minute of play forced Dalsjöfors's goalkeeper John Löfdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Holger Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Löfdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brian Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc Pålsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sivert Kämpe in the 34th minute of play. If Sivert Kämpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Dalsjöfors's goalkeeper John Löfdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Söderberg. With an all-out effort, Grundsund's John Löfdahl threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sven-Erik Brummer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grundsund's goalkeeper Marc Pålsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grundsund's Holger Bjurström got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
