After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, David Kjellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Larsakongos's supporters rose to their feet, but David Kjellkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Wästerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sven Vallmark might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tobias Dalberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven Vallmark ran back to his position shaking his head. Tobias Dalberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Uggstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christer Wästerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Kjellkvist in the 12th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Sunhultsbrunn RK got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Eklund. If David Kjellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. Sven Vallmark who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Tobias Dalberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 37th match minute, Larsakongos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Pihlblad to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Uggstedt in the 39th minute of play forced Larsakongos's goalkeeper Tobias Dalberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Thomas Uggstedt came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sunhultsbrunn RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Uggstedt couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Uggstedt in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Dalberg saved Larsakongos from getting behind. Viggo Engman charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viggo Engman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Larsakongos's Viggo Engman got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven Vallmark got free with Tobias Dalberg in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viggo Engman kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Kjellkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Kjellkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edvard Norström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Wästerberg having to interfere. Kjell Frisk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Dalberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Vallmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tobias Dalberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Uggstedt went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Larsakongos's Tobias Dalberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Uggstedt in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Kjellkvist got free with Christer Wästerberg in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobias Dalberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Vallmark in the 89th minute of play. Tobias Dalberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Uggstedt's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Larsakongos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sunhultsbrunn RK.
