The mood of the audience was pleasant when Martin Lundström made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute, Jonas Ekeroth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Martin Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Lundström in the 13th minute of play forced Myggenäs IFK's goalkeeper Pär Thidén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Martin Lundström came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Gunnarskog IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Lundström couldn't finish the play. If Jonas Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Ekeroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Pär Thidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo-Erik Ferm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mathias Lövkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bo-Erik Ferm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Myggenäs IFK's Karl-Johan Lindgren tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Karl-Johan Lindgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Myggenäs IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunnarskog IFK the free kick. A collision led to Myggenäs IFK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Karl-Johan Lindgren hit a great ball. Martin Lundström took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pär Thidén. Pär Thidén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Martin Lundström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pär Thidén. Myggenäs IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Lundström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of Myggenäs IFK booed when Gunnarskog IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Johnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes Gunnarskog IFK got a freekick which was hit by Harry Johnsson. In the 43rd minute, Bo-Erik Ferm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo-Erik Ferm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bo-Erik Ferm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Gunnarskog IFK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bo-Erik Ferm made the kick off in the second half. If Karl-Johan Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54thth minute of the game Karl-Johan Lindgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gunnarskog IFK's Mathias Lövkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mathias Lövkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Johan Lindgren in the 55th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gunnarskog IFK's zone, Karl-Johan Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Lövkvist came out of the goal and Karl-Johan Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Myggenäs IFK's Bo-Erik Ferm got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Karl-Johan Lindgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gunnarskog IFK's Mathias Lövkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Gunnarskog IFK's Martin Lundström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Mathias Lövkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Lindgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Karl-Johan Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Bo-Erik Ferm sped through Gunnarskog IFK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mathias Lövkvist. Bo-Erik Ferm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mathias Lövkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gunnarskog IFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! Sven-Åke Springfält shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 80 minutes into the match, Gunnarskog IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Lindgren came free, but Mathias Lövkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jonas Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bo-Erik Ferm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Lövkvist having to interfere. Stig Termander hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo-Erik Ferm in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Lövkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gunnarskog IFK's goalkeeper Mathias Lövkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gunnarskog IFK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Josef Tham hit a great ball. In the 98th minute Karl-Johan Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Lövkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gunnarskog IFK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
