In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oooohh Janne Janne's goalkeeper Harrie Hengst, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 played minutes Oooohh Janne Janne got a freekick which was hit by Erland Gallin. 20 minutes into the game, Jörn Brander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Harrie Hengst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After recieving a nice pass, Oooohh Janne Janne's Mattias Blomqvist tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Söderbärke BF's Stig-Ove Bollström got a free kick in the 27th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Oooohh Janne Janne's Mattias Blomqvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörn Brander in the 32nd minute of play forced Oooohh Janne Janne's goalkeeper Harrie Hengst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Oooohh Janne Janne getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gustaf Brogren hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Söderbärke BF were awarded a corner. Richard Gulliksson went to the cornerflag to take it. If Johan Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Einar Stenkvist was the one to do the kick off. Harrie Hengst made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Johan Nyberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute Einar Stenkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Torstensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Oooohh Janne Janne fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Oooohh Janne Janne's Axel Fransson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Axel Fransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Torstensson having to interfere. Harrie Hengst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Brander in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Andreas Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oooohh Janne Janne's Harrie Hengst proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Oooohh Janne Janne from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Johan Nyberg put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Harrie Hengst. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Söderbärke BF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
