Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Esbjörn Byström made the kick off which started today's match. Dennis Clementsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Byström, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Peder Vennersten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Dennis Clementsson made a huge save. When Peder Vennersten came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Kolmården IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peder Vennersten couldn't finish the play. After 21 played minutes Esbjörn Byström rounded Åshammar BK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 28th play minutes Edvin Ekerot shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Mikael Olsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvin Ekerot in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikael Olsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 minutes, Urban Kråk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kolmården IK and the Åshammar BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Kolmården IK got a freekick which was hit by Urban Kråk. Erik Björck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Peder Vennersten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dennis Clementsson. Åshammar BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peder Vennersten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
The wind increased when Erik Björck made the kick off in the second half. Dennis Clementsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Byström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mikael Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Björck in the 57th minute of play. Dennis Clementsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Vennersten in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Peder Vennersten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolmården IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Peder Vennersten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Clementsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erik Björck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Urban Kråk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Ingvar Flinck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kolmården IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åshammar BK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kolmården IK's Ingvar Flinck got a free kick in the 74th minute. Kolmården IK's Peder Vennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esbjörn Byström hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Ingvar Flinck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Kolmården IK's Mikael Olsson got control of the ball when Edvin Ekerot tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
