The Reckless Hotspur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Josef Gråberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Holger Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Eklund in the 22nd minute of play. Josef Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Viberg having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Josef Gråberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Viberg was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Nästa år då jävlar's Ingvar Eklund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Holger Sandberg. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josef Gråberg to make the kick off. Ingvar Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Joakim Lundgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Holger Sandberg. Reckless Hotspur's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joakim Lundgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Stig Alberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christian Viberg. That made the score 2-2 in the 61 minute of play. If Pär Wennerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pär Wennerberg during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pär Wennerberg hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Malte Bergqvist struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Christian Viberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reckless Hotspur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josef Gråberg in the 74th minute of play forced Nästa år då jävlar's goalkeeper Christian Viberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Nästa år då jävlar booed when Reckless Hotspur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Alin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
