The supporters of Horn booed when Brösarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ola Tham didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarl Molander in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Gunnarsson saved Horn from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Ted Siöman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Sigfridsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ted Siöman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Horn's Rune Gunnarsson got control of the ball when Jarl Molander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jarl Molander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Gunnarsson having to interfere. Kåre Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
