Niklas Rosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Lind having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Kent Borre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niclas Vestberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The wind increased when Jesper Trulsson made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Jesper Trulsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Filipstad IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Trulsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niclas Vestberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kent Borre in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Jesper Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Vestberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When The Tors's Leif Sillén in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 79 minutes, Niklas Rosen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Jesper Trulsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Niclas Vestberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vilhelm Lind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niklas Rosen went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
