Queens Park Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Vacker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wictor Rönn got free with Håkan Berg in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jim Jönsson got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Valsjöbyn's Jim Jönsson got a free kick in the 71st minute. Sivert Asplund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Abrahamsson having to interfere.
