After some careless play in the Herrljunga BK defense, Rudolf Kock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Nyberg. The Herrljunga BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Nyberg should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Ivar Sörman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Paul Wållander notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Herrljunga BK's Sören Nyberg. Sören Nyberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Hällestad's Benjamin Broman got control of the ball when Ivar Sörman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Billvall in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Broman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute of the match Herrljunga BK got a corner. Hällestad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ingemar Lundin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Herrljunga BK's corner Ingemar Lundin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benjamin Broman quite easily take care of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Herrljunga BK's Marcus Billvall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Broman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sören Nyberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hällestad eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
