The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Tor Zachrisson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Karl-Erik Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. Arvid Rosendahl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harry Åkesson went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jäckvik's Tor Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Ånger in the 19th minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Karl-Erik Ekström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Väröbacka's Arvid Rosendahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Väröbacka's zone, Harry Åkesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arvid Rosendahl came out of the goal and Harry Åkesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Jäckvik booed when Väröbacka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Fanström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Åkesson in the 27th minute of play forced Väröbacka's goalkeeper Arvid Rosendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvid Rosendahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Erik Ekström's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Samuel Lövskog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Åkesson in the 36th minute of play forced Väröbacka's goalkeeper Arvid Rosendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Rosendahl having to interfere.
