Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Malgomaj Lakers's Daniel Vennersten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Boris Lindström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Göransson having to make a save. Niklas Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Erik Salkvist in the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boris Lindström in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niklas Göransson saved Malgomaj Lakers from getting behind. Christoffer Alrot charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoffer Alrot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Malgomaj Lakers getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Christoffer Alrot hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Boris Lindström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Erik Salkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Göransson having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Malgomaj Lakers got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Söder. In the 19th match minute, Hälsö IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Karlsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Marcus Kellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Erik Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Niklas Göransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sven-Erik Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Boris Lindström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niklas Göransson. Malgomaj Lakers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boris Lindström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Malgomaj Lakers's goalkeeper Niklas Göransson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niklas Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Erik Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Daniel Vennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklas Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Lindström in the 42nd minute of the match. Mattias Gustafsson made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Jens-Ove Tönnberg sent off a good shot on target. Hälsö IK's Roger Smitt got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Hälsö IK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boris Lindström was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Boris Lindström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Malgomaj Lakers's Niklas Göransson. Niklas Göransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Malgomaj Lakers's zone, Sven-Erik Salkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Göransson came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Salkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Kellbom hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Boris Lindström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Boris Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Sven-Erik Salkvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Malgomaj Lakers's Niklas Göransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Malgomaj Lakers from getting a goal against them. Boris Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Göransson having to interfere. Boris Lindström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Göransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Boris Lindström struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Niklas Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hälsö IK. When the match was over Hälsö IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Malgomaj Lakers throughout the match.
