Huaröd IFK's Karl-Magnus Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Björkkvist in the 4th minute of play. Karl-Magnus Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Giöck in the 6th minute of the match. Leonardo Sikström kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Folke Giöck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huaröd IFK's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Eliasson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Huaröd IFK! In the 17th minute, Stig-Arne Lustig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Göran Björkkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tollered FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göran Björkkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Börge Klemensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvin Mårtensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Alfred Modig made a huge save. Alfred Modig was a little too slow when Edvin Mårtensson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Alfred Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Pettersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Edvin Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Modig was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Bo Pettersson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bo Pettersson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bo Pettersson made a kick off. Bo Pettersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. The supporters of Huaröd IFK booed when Tollered FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Apelqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Göran Björkkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
