Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jens-Ove Bergsten started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Karl-Ove Lundkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Sundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Sundberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Ove Lundkvist's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. A collision led to Rydebäck BK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tommy Carlsson hit a great ball. Sven-Oskar Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Einar Tunström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rydebäck BK's Max Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Tingberg in the 16th minute of play. Alvar Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Max Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Ove Lundkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Sundberg having to interfere. Sven-Oskar Lund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Einar Tunström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Örebro SK's Jens-Ove Källberg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Rydebäck BK booed when Örebro SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Viberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Einar Tunström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Bergsten in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Jens-Ove Bergsten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Bergsten in the 38th minute of play forced Örebro SK's goalkeeper Einar Tunström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rydebäck BK's Jens-Ove Bergsten got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rydebäck BK's Jens-Ove Bergsten in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Örebro SK's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Rydebäck BK's Jens-Ove Bergsten slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Einar Tunström. That made the score 1-0 after 47 minutes of play.

In the 53rd match minute, Rydebäck BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Snell to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 54 minutes, Alvar Tingberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örebro SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvar Tingberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 minutes, Kent Sjöström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rydebäck BK and the Örebro SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rydebäck BK's Kent Sjöström got a free kick in the 67th minute. Karl-Ove Lundkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Max Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Einar Tunström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Bergsten in the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rydebäck BK's Max Sundberg got control of the ball when Alvar Tingberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Örebro SK's Jonas Jakobsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Max Sundberg but with some difficulty. If Karl-Ove Lundkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Max Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Lundkvist in the 98th minute of play. Örebro SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
