Torgny Dalman kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Conny Dahlquist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Östen Kellman. Newcastle United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Andréas Uggla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storvik IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andréas Uggla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes in the game, Åke Hallgren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Östen Kellman having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goalkeeper Östen Kellman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andréas Uggla. The crowd rose to their feet as Storvik IFK's Åke Hallgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Östen Kellman. That made the score 1-0 after 34 minutes of play. Andréas Uggla kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Andréas Uggla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Östen Kellman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th play minute Andréas Uggla came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Östen Kellman. 3-0. In the 48th minute Åke Hallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Kellman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Nilsson made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Johannes Nilsson notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Storvik IFK's Per-Åke Blom. Per-Åke Blom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Storvik IFK's Andréas Uggla got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Harry Hellström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newcastle United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Storvik IFK the free kick. After 58 played minutes Newcastle United got a freekick which was hit by Harry Hellström. Åke Hallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Östen Kellman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Andréas Uggla notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Newcastle United's Östen Kellman. Östen Kellman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Newcastle United's Torgny Karlstedt got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Åke Hallgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. If Andréas Uggla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Storvik IFK's goalkeeper Per-Åke Blom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Nordgren. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Storvik IFK had played much better football throughout.
