After 7 played minutes Frändefors IFK got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Högström. 8 minutes into the match, Kusmark IFK's Matthias Vester broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 10th minute Ingvar Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Benett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kusmark IFK's Ingvar Waller got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kusmark IFK's Lennart Salkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Frändefors IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Waller came free, but Herman Benett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kusmark IFK booed when Frändefors IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kusmark IFK's Ingvar Waller in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frändefors IFK's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Kusmark IFK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lennart Salkvist hit a great ball. If Lennart Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute Filiph Söderman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Strömqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvald Rosendal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Nils Strömqvist made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Waller to strike the kick off in the second half. Lennart Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Herman Benett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Waller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herman Benett was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 62nd match minute, Frändefors IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Bergqvist to maneuver through the defense. Kusmark IFK's Nils Strömqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiph Söderman in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ingvar Waller reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Herman Benett. The goal made the score 0-2. 76 minutes into the match, Kusmark IFK's Lennart Salkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herman Benett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lennart Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Herman Benett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Salkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herman Benett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Lennart Salkvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Herman Benett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Stig-Åke Martinsson fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frändefors IFK's protests and gave Stig-Åke Martinsson a yellow card for diving instead. 88 minutes into the match, Frändefors IFK's goalkeeper Herman Benett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Salkvist. After 95 minutes, August Strand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frändefors IFK and the Kusmark IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Frändefors IFK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kusmark IFK:s goal. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for Kusmark IFK. Matthias Vester stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Herman Benett. 0-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kusmark IFK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
