After 19 played minutes Skånelaget got a freekick which was hit by Jon Hegg. After 23 played minutes Ronny Gudmundsson rounded Skånelaget's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 29th match minute, Skånelaget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Vesterberg to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored Skånelaget's protests and gave Pelle Hääger a yellow card for diving instead. Pelle Hääger kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Mattias Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Villiam Almqvist made a huge save. Philip Lundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Almqvist having to interfere. Philip Lundin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Villiam Almqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Calle Överman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Hellströms short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Villiam Almqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Skånelaget's Jimmie Skog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Gudmundsson in the 78th minute of play. Valentin Söderberg's late challenge caught a Skånelaget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Söderberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Runmarö getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Valentin Söderberg hit a great ball.
