The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Morgan Samuelsson during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Falkenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Samuelsson to maneuver through the defense. Sigvard Kilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Osvald Malmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Falkenberg booed when Järvsö FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Smefeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Emander shot a long shot in the 18th minute and a light blocked Wiktor Nässén hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. Karl-Michael Nyberg's late challenge caught a Falkenberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Michael Nyberg helped the player get up and apologised. 25 minutes into the game, one of Järvsö FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With an all-out effort, Falkenberg's Wiktor Nässén threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bo-Erik Hultin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 33rd minute, Sigvard Kilberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falkenberg's Osvald Malmgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Kilberg in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Vallengren in the 37th minute of play forced Falkenberg's goalkeeper Osvald Malmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigvard Kilberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Bo-Erik Hultin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Wiktor Nässén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Falkenberg getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Morgan Samuelsson hit a great ball. When Järvsö FK's Harry Vallengren in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Falkenberg's goalie prevented a goal. Osvald Malmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Edvard Torsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Wiktor Nässén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edvard Torsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Nässén having to interfere. If Bo-Erik Hultin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Emander was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Torsberg in the 80th minute of play forced Järvsö FK's goalkeeper Wiktor Nässén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bo-Erik Hultin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Wiktor Nässén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wiktor Nässén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Torsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falkenberg's Edvard Torsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Edvard Torsberg made a precise shot to the right of Wiktor Nässén. Järvsö FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Falkenberg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Järvsö FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
