58 minutes into the match, Mariannelund's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Norberg came free, but Joachim Pihl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacka IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Norberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joachim Pihl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 99 minutes, Knut Häger took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Joachim Pihl to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Nacka IK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mariannelund.
