Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thomas Nordin got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Team Lassen invest booed when Lerum IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Almkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agne Beckström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Henry Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Bergsten having to interfere. Agne Beckström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Bergsten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Nordin in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Bergsten saved Lerum IFK from getting behind. Henry Bergsten came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Lassen invest's Thomas Nordin. But to his dismay, Thomas Nordin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Karl-Oskar Arenstedt fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lerum IFK's protests and gave Karl-Oskar Arenstedt a yellow card for diving instead. Karl-Oskar Arenstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lerum IFK's zone, Thomas Nordin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Bergsten came out of the goal and Thomas Nordin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agne Beckström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 29th minute, Agne Beckström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lerum IFK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Alfred Walmarsson hit a great ball. Thomas Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Agne Beckström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Nordin struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Henry Bergsten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Lassen invest.

It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 52nd minute, but Henry Bergsten got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Lerum IFK hanging dry this time. Roger Arhenius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Ove Söderberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lerum IFK's zone, Agne Beckström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Bergsten came out of the goal and Agne Beckström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute, Roger Arhenius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Ove Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lerum IFK's Eddie Sjögren in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Team Lassen invest's goalie prevented a goal. If Agne Beckström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agne Beckström struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Henry Bergsten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Lassen invest. When Team Lassen invest's Thomas Nordin in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lerum IFK's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agne Beckström got free with Henry Bergsten in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 minutes of play, Lerum IFK's Eddie Sjögren made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Ove Söderberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Lerum IFK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Team Lassen invest were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
