Ture Bolander's late challenge caught a BK Böle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ture Bolander helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, Mighty Midgets United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Bolander to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes Mighty Midgets United got a freekick which was hit by Ture Bolander. Rune Liljeström came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rafael Gaál could save by the left post. Mighty Midgets United's Rafael Gaál proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Mighty Midgets United from getting a goal against them. The coaching staff of Mighty Midgets United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Magne Åkerberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mighty Midgets United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Rafael Gaál went to the wrong direction when Johan Vester was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 34 played minutes Mighty Midgets United got a freekick which was hit by Ture Bolander. Rafael Gaál took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Kollberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Lind was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Jonas Lind managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mighty Midgets United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Lind was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Kollberg hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Lind in the 74th minute of play forced BK Böle's goalkeeper Börge Nilsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börge Nilsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Lind in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Liljeström in the 80th minute of play forced Mighty Midgets United's goalkeeper Rafael Gaál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Jonas Lind made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. BK Böle's Börge Nilsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. BK Böle's Börge Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Ståhlberg in the 86th minute of play. Ture Bolander took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Börge Nilsson. Börge Nilsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Erik Ståhlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Nilsson having to interfere. Börge Nilsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Lind showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 94 minute of play. The Mighty Midgets United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
