An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Backlund in the 4th minute of play forced Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's goalkeeper Kent Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Johan Backlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Åke Barck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kent Åkesson having to make a save. Karl-Erik Boström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Lindström in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Målles Mål's Jens-Åke Barck made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kent Åkesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar booed when Målles Mål was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Västerstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Dahlqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jens-Åke Barck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Åkesson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Åke Barck went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Kent Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Ahlén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes, Kent Hansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar and the Målles Mål players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Kent Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 31 minutes, Jens-Åke Barck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Målles Mål's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Åke Barck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Åke Barck in the 33rd minute of play forced Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's goalkeeper Kent Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jens-Åke Barck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Johan Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 minutes, Karl-Johan Backlund made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's Kent Åkesson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Målles Mål were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leif Lindström was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's Viktor Dahlqvist got a free kick in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ivar Blomquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Målles Mål's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivar Blomquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kent Åkesson made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Jens-Åke Barck sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Målles Mål's zone, Hugo Bergsten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Erik Boström came out of the goal and Hugo Bergsten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Jens-Åke Barck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Målles Mål's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Åke Barck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jens-Åke Barck succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 66th playminute. A collision led to Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Edmund Kvarnström hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match Ivar Blomquist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kent Åkesson skillfully saved the ball. Per-Erik Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Boström having to interfere. Jens-Åke Barck's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kent Åkesson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jens-Åke Barck was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kent Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Johan Backlund in the 84th minute of play. Jens-Åke Barck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kent Åkesson having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, Målles Mål's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Hansson came free, but Karl-Erik Boström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Målles Mål's Karl-Erik Boström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Hellsing in the 90th minute of play. Karl-Johan Backlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Kent Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kent Åkesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jens-Åke Barck in the 96th minute.
