After 4 played minutes Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Telin. In the 8th match minute, Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Hansson to maneuver through the defense. Gustaf Alströmmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Lindström in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Olof Söderberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Åkesson was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Leif Lindström scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaf Alströmmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kent Åkesson made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Eric Stenström sent off a good shot on target. Gustaf Alströmmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Hellsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The referee showed Rickard Lidström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's zone, Eric Stenström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Åkesson came out of the goal and Eric Stenström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's Kent Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Stenström in the 90th minute of play. Gustaf Alströmmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Per-Erik Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Söderberg in the 98th minute of play. Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
