Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alexander Stigsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute Per Burman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Öberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Stigsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Iggesund RK's goal looked a bit too open when Per Burman came free, but Bertil Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Alexander Stigsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iggesund RK's Bertil Öberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertil Öberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Burman's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Bertil Öberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Stigsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alexander Stigsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Burman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Öberg having to interfere. In the 44th minute of the match Bengt-Rune Nordin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bertil Öberg skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Iggesund RK's Torsten Skarkman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nils-Åke Olsmann. That made the score 1-0 after 47 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torsten Skarkman to make the kick off. Torsten Skarkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Åke Olsmann having to interfere. In the 59th minute Torsten Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Olsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inwardo FC's Per Burman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Nils-Åke Olsmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Kalfhage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Burman got free with Bertil Öberg in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inwardo FC's Alexander Stigsson got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Inwardo FC booed when Iggesund RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Dalgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Inwardo FC's corner Axel Clementsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bertil Öberg quite easily take care of the ball. If Per Burman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
