Sakarias Carlberg hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Nordmaling RK's Hjalmar Olofsson got control of the ball when Tobias Hult tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Olof Asklund notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Nordmaling RK's Hjalmar Olofsson. Hjalmar Olofsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Garsås BK's Herbert Edström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Bergren in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute Tomas Fernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Dennis Vinström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nordmaling RK and the Garsås BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
